About RESULTS

RESULTS Personal Fitness Training has been offering its services to residents of luxury residential communities in the Greater Boston and MetroWest areas for several years.  Clients enjoy the convenience of working with their RESULTS trainer at their home or on-site facility, eliminating the need for expensive gym memberships or home fitness equipment.

We offer an extensive array of safe and effective fitness services to fit even the busiest lifestyle.  All services are by appointment and are individually tailored to help you look better, feel better, get stronger and live longer.

Meet Brad Bishop

Brad C. Bishop, President of RESULTS Personal Fitness Training, has personally been involved in fitness for over 18 years.  Prior to founding RESULTS in January, 1997, Brad worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor at private health clubs.  He received his bachelor of science degree in Exercise Physiology from Bridgewater State College after completing a rigorous internship in cardiac rehabilitation.

In addition to running RESULTS, Brad is active in the community and was honored by Bay Path Home and Community Services with a Community Service Award for his commitment to the Seniors of Southborough.  Brad has appeared on NECN and in regional publications, including The Daily News and Boston Magazine.
